Magellan lands in Guam

As I recall from, maybe, elementary school, Magellan was the first to circumnavigate the globe.  Well it turns out that he made a stop-off in Guam and we happen to be here the day of a reenactment of the event on the southern end of the island.

After the Chamorro revive him from near death due to scurvy Magellan prepares for departure.

As my sister says, Don't trust whitie!
By the way, across the road the dirt bike races got way more attention.
